Common reasons people contact us

• Performer removal: if you are a performer listed on CamModels and want your profile page removed from our directory, send a message from the form below. Include your performer name as it appears on your room and a brief note. We process removal requests within seven days.
• Data correction: if you spot wrong information on a profile page — wrong country, wrong language, an obviously stale snapshot — let us know which page and what's wrong. We can't always fix issues that originate upstream, but we can flag them.
• Technical issue: pages not loading, images missing, search returning nothing useful — include the URL and what your browser is doing.
• Legal or DMCA: see our privacy and DMCA page for the procedure; messages can still come through this form.

What we can't help with

We can't process payments, refund tips, recover accounts, or contact performers on your behalf. Anything involving the actual broadcast — tipping, private shows, account billing — has to be handled with Masturbate Club directly.
