1. Eligibility

2. Nature of the service
CamModels is a third-party directory of cam performers broadcasting on Masturbate Club. We do not host video streams, process payments, or transact directly with visitors or performers. Clicking through from a CamModels page takes you to Masturbate Club, where the broadcast and any transactions are subject to Masturbate Club's own terms.
3. Data accuracy
Profile information shown on CamModels is sourced from public Masturbate Club data and refreshed on a regular schedule. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, currency, or completeness of any specific data point — country, age, language, broadcast schedule, tag selection, or any other field — and you should not rely on CamModels data for any purpose where accuracy is critical.

5. Acceptable use

6. Performer rights
Performers featured on CamModels may request removal of their profile pages at any time via our contact form. We honor removal requests within seven days. Performers may also request corrections to profile data via the same channel.
7. Intellectual property
Snapshot images shown on CamModels are public broadcast frames sourced from Masturbate Club; their copyright remains with the original rights holders. Text on profile pages — descriptions, narrative summaries, and editorial framing — is generated by CamModels and is the property of CamModels. Direct copying or republication of CamModels content without permission is prohibited.
8. DMCA
Copyright infringement notices and counter-notifications are handled per the procedure described in our privacy and DMCA page.
9. No warranty
CamModels is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the operation of the site, the accuracy of its content, the reliability of its uptime, or the suitability of its content for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CamModels and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
